Mindfulness in Nature
The benefits of going for a walk in nature on our mental wellbeing can be felt for over seven hours after. There are many positive effects on your mood, it can mitigate the stress of life events, lift your spirits and it can also help to improve circulation stamina and physical ailments. During the spring/summer months I lead mindfulness walks and activities. Non-strenuous and short walks, which will leave you with a feeling of connectedness and contentment.
If you love being outdoors and want to combine this with resetting yourself and relaxation, during the spring/summer months I run outdoor workshops, which combine meditations with the outdoors. Set in a beautiful rural setting in a vineyard this experience includes cake and wine to sample. What's not to love!
