Who am I?
Having a parent with a serious mental health condition and being very resilient and determined throughout my life meant that as an adult, I had difficulty expressing my emotions. This meant that I bottled up my feelings until my own mental health began to suffer. Determined not to be caught in a cycle of medication and therapy (although these do have their place), I turned to meditation and I never looked back.

Beeston Holistic wellbeing Network
In June 2018 I set up a network for holistic businesses in Beeston, Nottingham and the surrounding area. There are so many different areas under the holistic banner and I wanted to give people the opportunity to share, collaborate and signpost. In the group we have Reiki, acupuncture, sound healing, counsellors, hypnotherapists and lots more. If you are interested in coming along as a holistic practitioner, events are each month and are listed on my facebook page.

Mindfulness mediation can help you to understand what is going on in your mind and body so that you can respond more effectively. It helps you to separate your thoughts about reality with what's really going on.

Why do I teach meditation?
Because I love it! And I love sharing it with other people. And this is just the start of my journey. Meditation has opened up endless possibilities for me to explore in the area of supporting people in their health and wellbeing.
